Podcasting
Podcasting is a method of publishing sound files to the internet. Podcasting does not require an iPod. On the UChannel website you may either download the audio file to your computer, or subscribe the podcast through an RSS feed.

RSS (Really Simple Syndication)
RSS is a method of delivering information containing short descriptions of web content together with a link to the full version of the content.  To subscribe to the UChannel's RSS feed, click on the link located on the home page.
