The United Nations Studies Program (UNSP) hosted a panel discussion focusing on the relationship between peacekeeping and development in Haiti. The event followed the recent mission of a SIPA research group to Haiti, which was facilitated by the Office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General and the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH). Speakers included representatives from the United Nations Department of Peacekeeping Operations and other branches of the UN.
